機(jī)床的主要特點 Main Characteristics
?機(jī)床采用廣數(shù)928-GEa或西門子808D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，可實現(xiàn)二軸聯(lián)動。
?機(jī)床根據(jù)用戶需求，可選配在線檢測量儀，實現(xiàn)封閉式磨削工作循環(huán)，可實現(xiàn)很高的尺寸精度。
?機(jī)床進(jìn)給導(dǎo)軌采用十字交叉滾柱鋼導(dǎo)軌，剛性強(qiáng)，滑動性好。
?機(jī)床工作臺導(dǎo)軌采用平-V型貼塑導(dǎo)軌。
?機(jī)床電箱有掛壁式和獨立式兩種。掛壁式電箱，其操縱箱置電箱上。獨立式電箱，其操縱箱固定在床身上，并能作一定角度旋轉(zhuǎn)。
?進(jìn)給及工作臺絲桿潤滑采用自動定量集中潤滑泵供給。
?床身及工作臺導(dǎo)軌采用液壓系統(tǒng)供給潤滑。
?機(jī)床可根據(jù)用戶零件要求,設(shè)計為自動上下料及生產(chǎn)連線。
?928-GEa CNC sysltem supplied by the Guangzhou company & Siemens 808D CNC system can be used to perform the linkage of two axes.
?In-proccss gauging system is also used to perfo rm totally closed grinding eyele. thus ensuring high size accuracy.
?The feed guidcxvay adopts crossed roller type, thus featuring high rigidity and good sliding perfomance.
?Final-V plastic worktable guideway is used.
?The control cabinet fixed on the electrical cabinet can be swiveled over an angle.
?Automatic centralized lubricating system is used for lubricating feed & table leadscrew.
?Hyd System is used for lubricating bed & table guidway.
