?二軸均由伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動滾珠絲杠，傳動鏈簡單可靠。往復(fù)軸配置無間減速器，以增強(qiáng)扭矩。 ?機(jī)床床身采用整體澆鑄，剛性好、變形小。 ?機(jī)床床身導(dǎo)軌及工作臺導(dǎo)軌采用平-V型貼塑導(dǎo)軌，剛性強(qiáng)，滑動性能好。 ?進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)導(dǎo)軌采用燕尾型滾針導(dǎo)軌。 ?機(jī)床砂輪軸有兩種形式可選擇：一種是機(jī)械式砂輪軸，另一種是電動砂輪軸。電動砂輪軸由靜止式變頻作無級調(diào)速。 ?機(jī)床夾具可由用戶多種選擇：有三爪卡盤、液壓動力卡盤及液壓薄膜式夾緊夾具。 ?機(jī)床電箱為獨(dú)立電箱。 ?Siemens 808D two-axis linkage CNC system is dopted with PLC system. ?Two-axis ball screw driven by servo motors, drive train is simple and reliable.
