機(jī)床的主要特點(diǎn) Main Characteristics
? 機(jī)床機(jī)構(gòu)靈巧、精度穩(wěn)定、磨削效率高。工件、砂輪。油泵和冷卻泵分別以單獨(dú)電機(jī)帶動(dòng)。
? 配置了液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)和電氣控制操作方便。具有精巧簡(jiǎn)廉特點(diǎn)，適宜于成批及大量生產(chǎn)車間，磨削圓柱形或圓錐形外圓工件。
? 本機(jī)床是在M1320的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)其主要液壓部件有壓筒，快速進(jìn)退油缸、操縱箱、壓力閥板、油泵等作了重新設(shè)計(jì)。
? 工作臺(tái)面回轉(zhuǎn)角度從順時(shí)針3°，逆時(shí)針6°增大為順時(shí)針 5°，逆時(shí)針9°。機(jī)床的外形方面也做了較大的改進(jìn)。
? M1420是在M1320機(jī)床基礎(chǔ)上增加內(nèi)圓砂輪軸改型而來(lái)，可以磨削一般軸、套類零件的內(nèi)孔。
? With flexible structure, stable accuracy & high grindind effciency.Workpiece, wheel, oil-pump,and coolant pump are respectively driven by their individual motors.
? It has hydraulic drive, electric control for convenient operation. It is suitable for batch and mass production for grinding cylindrical or conical workpieces.
? It is designed on the base of M1320, especially inmroved for its hydraulic cylindeers, rapid advance & withdrawal cylinder control box, presure-valve board and oil pump.
? The swing angle of worktable is increased from C.W.3° and C.C.W. 6° to C.W.5° and C.C.W.9°. The overall appearance of the machine is also improved.
? In model M1420. grinding wheel spindle can be specially used to grind inner bore of shaft and ring type workparts.
